PROVISIONS FOR RENTING

Booking

  • The relationships between the two parties are regulated by means of a Contract for transport service, for the specified by the Client route and date.
  • The USER declares the route of the transport service and date of the journey, in written form by means of Fax, е-mail or in person in the office of the Company.
  • The Booking is considered valid after payment of a deposit.

Payments

  • The payment is carried out by banking transfer or in cash, to the account of “HAS TOURISM”, against issued invoice.
  • If nothing else has been stipulated, the deposit amounts to 30% of the entire sum.
  • The depositing is carried out on the day of signing of the Contract.
  • The conclusive payment must be completed minimum two days before the journey.
  • Increase in the price is possible in case of increase in the fuel prices or changes in the taxes, related to the journey, occurring after signing of the Contract.

Cancellations

  • In case of cancellation of the booked bus by the USER immediately before the journey, he/she are obliged to pay penalty, amounting to 30% of the entire sum.
  • The cancellations without sanctions are determined depending of the renting period.

Rights and obligations of “HAS TOURISM”

  • “HAS TOURISM” undertakes the obligation to provide to the USER bus or minibus in perfect working order, filled with fuel, together with a qualified driver.
  • “HAS TOURISM” undertakes the obligation to provide the USER with another bus of the same class in case of road breakdown of the above-mentioned bus or minibus, before starting of the said journey.
  • “HAS TOURISM” is not liable for nonperformance or imprecise performance of the Contract in case of force majoure circumstances.

Rights and obligations of the USER

  • The USER undertakes the obligation to use bus or the minibus only in connection with the subject of the present Contract.
  • The USER undertakes the obligation to exercise the provided transportation vehicle during the journey and is obliged to pay for all damages (if any), caused by the passengers.
  • The USER undertakes the obligation to pay the agreed sum within the specified terms.
  • In case of extended mileage, the USER undertakes the obligation to pay for the difference, after signing of a Protocol for the mileage by the parties.

Conclusive clauses

  • “HAS TOURISM” does not provide services in case of routes, including fourth grade roads.
  • In accordance with the normative requirements, before starting of the journey, the party of the client is obliged to submit list with information for the passengers in written form.
